Monthly Supporter
What is a Monthly Supporter?
When you commit monthly to One Love, 100% of your monthly donation goes directly to Love Ethiopia Academy in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Your gift empowers students to attend school where they receive a loving eduction, nutritious meals and snacks, and clean water for their entire family.
Annual Fund Supporter
What is an Annual Fund Supporter?
Your one time donation of any amount will go towards building renovations and upkeep, school supplies, school uniforms, and emergency support for families and staff members. You will also help cover the gap between committed monthly sponsors and current monthly expenses at the school ensuring every child at the preschool is cared for.
Mission Team Supporter
What is a Mission Team supporter?
One Love takes two teams per year to serve the community at the preschool in Shiro Meda. Each student will receive a small care package that will include necessities such as clothing, under garments, socks, toothbrush, etc. The team will also take necessary supplies to the school as well as formula and diapers for our community support center.
A mission team supporter also can sponsor a team member's travel expenses. Please specify in the "notes to seller" section of your donation if you would like your donation to go toward the mission team.

By partnering with One Love Ethiopia, you can be confident your contributions will be going directly to improve the lives of those we support. Last year because of many generous donations we were able to provide education and nutrition for 300 students, employ 51 teachers/staff, coordinate an after school Bible study program once a week at nearby church, provide Covid food assistance for the most vulnerable families, gift 300 families and all our staff with a chicken and oil for Christmas, install a new water filter for primary school, which provides clean water for the children, staff, and the community, purchase books and all necessary school supplies, including uniforms, and celebrate the graduation of the children in our programs. This is Wubishet. Our partner, friend, and in-country director of both OneLove preschool and OneLove Academy Primary School. One of the joys of our recent visit was witnessing the love he has for our students. From reading with them in the library to visiting with them during snack time, he exemplifies LOVE. The 3rd slide is a note painted on a wall at the primary school. It reads, “Dear students, you are cared for, you are important, you are listened (to) you are trusted. Although our time in Addis last week was met with unexpected sadness and grief, there were also beautiful moments that we want to share with you. One of our favorite afternoons was spent doing an Easter egg hunt with the OneLove students. There were many giggles as they ran through the school yard hunting for eggs. Tragedy struck today in Addis. The brakes on a van driving near One Love Academy failed, and six pedestrians were killed in the accident. Sadly, one of the victims was a 1st grader at OneLove Primary School. His 14 year old sister also lost her life. We will always love you Miki. RIP 💔Button -
